Returns & Refunds

Returns
  • ABSURD SILVER only accept returns that are unused and have all original tags and packaging intact. Please contact info@absurdsilver.com.
  • For hygiene and health reasons, EARRINGS cannot be returned.
  • The ABSURD SILVER Customer Service Department will provide you with a digital return form. Please fill out this form via email and note down the return number it provides. Then, write this return number on a piece of paper and place it inside the return box. If the number is missing, the processing time may be delayed. Please note, items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and issue the refund.

Exchanges
  • The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can then purchase the new item separately.
